I am curious as to what the average lucid dream percentage is. If you keep track of your lucid dream count and your recalled dream count, please share how many of each. For example, I have been lucid dream training for one month now. I have had 5 DILDs, 0 WILDs, and 80 non-lucid dreams for about 5.9%. If you have the time and you keep track, please share the amounts of each type.

Great idea. I just tallied up the counts from my notes. I've been keeping track for 56 days in which I had 18 lucids of 123 dreams. That's about 14% lucid at 2.2 dreams recalled per night.
I've been writing my dreams down for 5 months, with 210 dreams, 5 of them being lucid. So about a 2% of my dreams are lucid. Most of my entries aren't too detailed because I smoked weed for close to 3 and half of those dreaming months.
Iv been dream journaling since the start of feb. Since then Iv had 292 dreams recalled and 55 lucids which is 19%?? I also have been smoking a bit of weed through periods which kills my recall.
