The first time I became lucid was the result of me looking into a mirror. My face was horribly disfigured and my hair was super long. In an instant I thought "holy shit, I'm dreaming" and it was like a switch went off.

When i look in a mirror I usually see floating bubble reflections of me, that seem to be some kind of plasma bubbles. And I see random happy things.. like a smiling sun. Other times it's a perfect copy of me just like it would be when i'm awake. Btw, my name resembles your thread. :shadewink:
Forgot to add that I see myself like I normally would, with no "dreamlike" qualities.
Yeah sometimes I've seen myself in the mirror and there's usually nothing too dramatic. Sometimes my hair is long (use to be), or it's a different color.
Haha okay, this one time I looked in the mirror, and my reflection waved back at me
Once I was a video game character, and another time I happened to be wearing glasses. I haven't worn glasses in years.
I heard that sometimes if you look in the mirror while you're having a dream you get a nightmare.
Simply looking in the mirror won't cause nightmares. But every once in a while, people look and see their faces terribly distorted and whatnot, which can freak them out and change the mood of the dream. Seeing your image distorted or seeing a ghoul behind you in the mirror, though, just stems from either poor dream control, or that you may have been thinking about something bad happening as you looked. :)
I was in a warehouse with nothing but a table and a full body mirror. One of the ones that has legs. Then I looked into the mirror and I was wearing a different outfit. It made me excited. I laughed about it, I was so excited that I kicked the table with my shin and made it crash into the ceiling.
