3rd person view ?
ive recently started trying to become a lucid dreamer (1 month ago or something) and since im a perfectionist im still working on "being able to remember all of my dreams" :) (notepad and pencil besides my bed) but ive started to notice something??
when im dreaming im not me O.o i see me doing things... like i see myself in a 3rd person view... its still like experiencing the stuff yourself, but i have not yet tried to become lucid.... could this have something to do with it ?? or is there anyone with that experiences the same thing (with the 3rd person view.)
i just have a feeling that i would have an easier time attaining lucidity if i saw my dream through a 1st person view :) any tips?

I see lots of dreams in third person (actually I should train myself to do a reality check every time it happens). I think being lucid helps staying in 1st person. I've had at least one LD (I was riding a dragon) where I dreamt in third person.

I think, honestly, you'd have a better chance at becoming lucid while in 3rd person. I dream like that sometimes, when I'm having Jedi dreams, or dreams about various video games where I'm the character. If you can RECOGNIZE that ... hey, I can't see myself in 3rd person in real life, that's a cue to reality check!
It happens to quite a few people.
