So far very little dream recall but seems All my dreams are scary-like. Why?

So i've been practicing dream recall. Today i had a dream about huge snakes that were in my house. i just remembered that there were snakes and i statyed a while in bed tryingto remember but couldn't remember nothing else.

Anyways, there seems to be a pattern going on in my dreams. in most.
They are always kind of scary or something about fear.

In real life I'm shy/quiet/anti social, so I'm scared of many things like speaking in public, people looking at me and me being the center of attention, talking to strangers etc. messing up in speaking becaues i'm not a good speaker and i have speech impediment and all the pronunciation comes out wrong.

I"ve been shy since i was 4 years old and now i'm 30.

Seems i've had scary/fear dreams since i was 6 years old. And yes, i can remember my scary dream ( at least i remember 1) when i was about 6.
In real life we had a bunch of dolls on top of a wooden furnitrue. IN my dream those dolls became diabolic and came alive and started talking.

Some of my other nightmareish dreams throuout my life

1. Sister tryig to kill me( have had this many times)
2. demon possesion and i couldn't move
3. terrorists came and bunred my town and tried to kill me( recent dream)
4. Snakes in my house.. in my room in fact. really scary
5. Rats in my room and me killing them( recent)
6. Same coworker that teases me at work and says everything i do is wrong in real life.. in dream he was there and got angry at me.(recent)

Could i be having bad dreams because of my insecurities and fear in my real life.
If I manage to have a lucid dream, i would like to ask someone in my world to help me understand

Oh and by the way, the bad dreams i have are always the ones that feel real and last long and i remember them. meanwhile, the good dreams, almost never last much
