Goal Setting: What are Some Good Goals for my Level?
Stephen LaBerge mentioned in his book that setting goals is very important. He suggests to record and evaluate those goals. Goals should depend on one's level of achievment.
I have had some lucid dreams, but I am still not able to have them regularly. My dream recall is reasonably good. Usually I remember at least one dream in the morning. I have also identified some dream signs.
What kind of goals would one set at my stage? I have tried to have at least one lucid dream within the next week, but that goal has failed repeatedly. Should I just increase the period of time?
