Semi-Lucid 10 Min naps every day

Every weekday for the last few months, I would come home from school and take an 1-2 hour nap, depending on how tired I was. Unless Im tired out of my mind, the same thing happens nearly ever time:

1) I lay down, close my eyes, let my thoughts wander. Sometimes I catch my wandering thoughts, and realize how amazing they are. Schizophrenic ranting, epic speeches, stories, ect.
2) I feel a sharp "lifting" in my mind. Everything feels lighter. More relaxed. More free-flowing thoughts. This is usually accompanied by a sharp misquito noise.
3) I begin to see images, movies, in my mind's eye. I lose consciousness
4) I am in a dream. I know that Im dreaming, but I dont REALIZE it. I just go along with whatever happens.
5) I slowly realize Im dreaming. There is no moment of "oh my god im dreaming!"- just a gradual realization. When I realize it, its just a passive acceptance. I try to focus on something close, like the ground, to try to make the dream more concrete. The sense of imagination and dreams start to blur- I know its beginning to fade. Sometimes I try something extreme, like blast off into the sky. Either way, the dream fades quickly
6) about half the time after the dream fades, I see a grey screen, and geometric patterns form across it. Interesting ones Ive remembered are: a black and white circle that turns into itself, rotating triangles, dancing rainbows, zig-zagging lines.
7) I wake up. The whole thing only lasts 10 minutes. Usually I fall back asleep for another hour or two, but no more dreams.

Ive read tons of dream stories, accounts, ect, but Ive never heard one where someone has a 10 minute semi-lucid nap every single afternoon. I feel like im stuck in the friend-zone with lucid dreams lol :(. Anyone else have constant experiences like this?
