Bro's First LD
Okay, my brother had his first lucid dream today. It was totally unintentionally, he knew he was dreaming since the beginning of the dream and he had decent control of it. He doesn't even know the term lucid dreaming.
Should I get him into it? He's only 11 though, and he has a hyperactive social life, crazier than mine, I'm not sure he could handle doing RCs, keeping a dream journal, etc.
If you want the dream details, it was pretty simple. He walked into the school, intending on being an Assassin. He slit the throats of some other kids and adults that weren't familiar to him. He noticed a jet plane armed with a nuke, and he decided to take a little ride in it. The targeting system was pointed toward some terrorist hideout, but when he dropped the bomb where the alleged hideout, it was actually the White House (oopsies :) ). Then he flew back to the school, and did more Assassin crap then woke up.

That's one wild 11 year old ! Do you think he would stay interested in LD'ing as he is only 11 years old? I reckon he would grow tired of it pretty quickly and forget about it.

That's my opinion. But again he said that it was really fun to be able to control his dreams. I want more opinions please. Preferable someone who started at a young age. I started at twelve but didn't really become serious til a few months ago.

I think you should explain what you know to him, and let him do what he will with the information :)
