This happen to anyone else?

I took one meltonin last night (3mg). From what I remember I didn't have any trouble getting to sleep, well my phone rang and i shut it off...but after that i was cool.

After a few hours it seemed I became restless (which never really happens to me), waking up like 4 times...but I wasn't "waking up". It turned out that they were all dreams, so by the 4th time I just decided to test it out and I became lucid through a very odd dream sign, I honestly dont know how I knew it was a dream. So I actually got bored in it LOL, woke up and the same thing happened. I went through the same dream sign (well almost the same) and became lucid, this time I spun around to teleport myself and it worked...I even tried flying :).

Anyway....just wondering if any of you guys had a restless night of sleep but turned out they were only dreams of waking up.

Yup! It happens. Usually when I feel like I should be doing schoolwork and such.

I took 6mgs of melatonin last night. I had an extremely restless night, it seemed like i was never actually asleep because i woke up so much. And every time i was 'awake' it felt like my mind was racing with thoughts, i couldnt make it stop. I almost felt like i was going crazy, it was strange. When i woke up in the morning to go to school and tried to recall my dreams, i could remember nothing but that. Now you've made me wonder if all of that was just a bunch of strange jumbled dreams. The first time that i took melatonin i had my first real false awakening that ive ever remembered, so maybe melatonin for some reason can cause you to have false awakenings?
