Almost lucid?

so i was dreaming last night and like i was dreaming that me and my friend were sons of posiedon and we were gonna fight this daughter of posiedon cuz we fought her before and i didn't know i was one so then i found out i was and was ready to kick some ass cuz we got beat last time

so like before the fight i was like "i hope this dream doesn't end!" but like i was not really actually lucid so like yeah

what did i experience?! was it a lucid or what? i will probably use this dream for a visualization mild and if i do become lucid i am going to finish off this dream and kick some ass!

It was a so called semi-lucid dream. You know that you are dreaming but you don't get the whole picture. Hard to explain.

Yeah, it seems like you were "semi-lucid". The term basically means that you were vaguely aware that you were dreaming, but not quite conscious enough to realize it fully.
