Well, for me to gain lucidity - which is still only recent - when hopping into bed, I lay on my back, but make sure im comfortable, then stretch as much as I can, pointing toes towards the end of my bed etc, then relax.

Laying as still as possible, I imagine, or try telling myself, that Im "switching off" certain areas of my body, and start to feel them going slightly numb.

Thisis over 10-15 minutes or so. Any sudden urges to move, or itches have to be ignored as much as possible.

Note that Im no way near a "pro" at lucid dreaming OR meditation haha.

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
