      Question Tips on coming back...?

      Hellooo...
Well,I haven't been around much these days...2 Months to be precise...
After a 2-month break,I decided to get back to LDing...
      Well,I'm doing the usual...reality checks,mantras,etc...
Was wondering if you guys have any tips for getting back to lucid dreaming?
Can I get straight to DEILD,which I practiced before I took the "break" or do I do this as if I'm just starting out and go for DILDs and MILDs?
      Thanks,
      Looking forward to hearing replies...
      Sam

      Welcome back!
I think you should go fo DILDS, they work perfectly fine for me, at least. And always remember that being confident is an important factor for attaining lucidity, there is a thread about this right here.I recommend reading it.
Also there is this site, first you watch the first video (you need to watch it only once but you can repeat anytime you want) and then you watch the second video every night just before sleeping. I've seen some people saying it works (and it works very well for me, too).
I hope I helped. Good luck and nice dreams!

Allow yourself a few days and nights to reassess where you are. Figure out how strong your recall is. Any trouble falling asleep? Attend to those issues. Look at your old goals, see if you want to change them around. Basically, give yourself an all-around checkup and then decide where to focus on from there.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.

If you haven't been keeping a dream journal, start one up. It will get you in the right mindset.

I recommend WILD just because it is way more fun than the other methods. You go through sleep paralysis, which is like a roller coaster, you go through the Hypnagogic Hallucinations which are like a psychedilic trip and then you get into the dream which is of course fun. So there you go, three in one with the WILD method.
