Whenever I become lucid it has nothing to do with me doing reality checks or something like that.
Every single time it's because I do something fast. A couple of times I've realized that it's just a dream while I'm on my way down from a big jump. It's like; I started the jump non-lucid and when I land I'm lucid! :)
Another time I got lucid while running.. I don't really understand why so I was wondering if anyone else experience this.
