Unhappy Pain That Wont Let Me WILD or Meditate

      Hello dreamers ,
I have a problem that keeps me from getting deep into WILDs or simple meditation...
      The problem is not moving...
You're probably thinking "Oh crap, another idiot who's never heard of the roll over command"
I know that the command comes in disguise as an urge to move your hands or feet...
And in my case, its a strong urge to move my ankles around..
I'm not sure if the roll over command was what I experienced while trying to WILD as this type of "urge" comes even when I try to meditate...
Say,right now,if I were to try and not move my feet,I'd experience not only an urge, but some kind of irritation within my ankles that makes me want to crack the ankle knuckles or simply move them around aggressively...
Anyone knows what the hell this is?
I've never got near SP in WILD as I would experience this pain throughout the attempt,
      ANY help deeply appreciated,
      Thanks
      Sam

Your body is uncomfortable and trying to get you to move it to a better position. You won't be able to WILD very easily if you are in a position that causes this. You will get urges to move in any position, but that's not the same thing. Thats your mind testing to see if you body is still awake, but it shouldn't hurt.

      Thanks for the reply
The funny thing is that its more of the urge in my ankles than the urge to roll-over..
Ive tried WILDing in my normal position but I still get that feeling in my ankles..

Like Ninja said, it could be that you are uncomfortable. Based off that just choose a good position. While meditating, when it starts to get deep, I also feel pain in my legs because one is on top of the other, I just go through the pain and I have noticed that it does help. You will get used to it. Try to not get irritated as much as possible.
