I am just getting started on having Lucid Dreams and have just learned about Sleep Paralysis. The thought of lying paralyzed while hallucinations come at me is not very appealing so I was wondering if that only happens during certain techniques or all of them? I was under the impression that it only happened with WILD, but could it also happen with DILD?
