My friend told me about one time when he woke up and saw lights and moving things outside of his window. He was completely paralyzed and has always been afraid of aliens. Sleep paralysis for sure, but he didn't know what happened.

I don't think it's going mainstream. It might get bigger and get a bit more attention, but after some time when people realise it takes too much dedication and time for a few minutes at most of fun, they will quit.

i had sleep paralysis and i have a fear of aliens too, but i just looked over and saw my girlfriend kneeled on the ground smiling. i guess it made the anxiety go away

When I was a kid, I thought dreams were stupid and pointless because they weren't real. O the ignorance.
I've had uplifting dreams that start the day off SO great
