My typical bedtime is 9:30 PM mountain time, but I usually don't fall asleep (b/c my body must fall asleep b4 I do, or I get insomnia) until at least 10 PM, unless I had an intense day full of physical activity, but it can still take at least 15 mins. On weekdays, I wake at 6:30 AM, & on weekends, I wake up between 7:30 AM-8:30AM. I am a bit of an odd ball, & need more sleep than other people, b/c of my endless energy during the day (8 1/2 hours-11 hours). |
