Feelings of extreme weakness after MILD/WILD Attempt.

I don't know what this means but, It's extremely weird. OK, As I'm attempting a WILD or at least a MILD, I would wake up after an unsuccessful LD. After, I would have feelings of extreme weakness; as if, all of my energy was just "sapped" out by an unknown source. It's like the feeling of having a "sugar crash". I know I wasn't on any sugar. I can recall that when I was on the school bus on my way home, I was feeling tired but, not weak. This isn't my first time experiencing this and just want to know what exactly is causing this. After I eat something, the feelings are completely subsided. Does anyone experience this or at least know where I'm coming from with this? Thanks. :shadewink:

this extreme feeling of weakness you describe, It only happens to me when trying to wake up from Sleep Paralysis, If you were going for a WILD I imagine you experience SP correct?

Well the sad thing is, after I wake up from an unsuccessful WILD attempt. I'll fall asleep before I can experience SP consciously. I mean, I always have a dream but just not lucid.
