      Sleep paralysis? People move in their sleep all the time?

      People say that eventually we enter sleep paralysis in which we cant move, and we dream at some point. I see people move in their sleep all the time? How is it they are paralyzed if they are turning and moving?

      When someone's asleep, they only dream a certain amount of time. During these periods, they're paralyzed so they can't act our their dreams. But when we aren't dreaming, there's no reason to stay paralyzed so our body stops the sleep paralysis.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
