Is this normal?
Two nights ago I had like 12 hours of sleep, I wasn't over tired or anything, but that normally doesn't happen. That night though, I was having a slightly lucid dream that I could run superhumanly fast and jump super high. That dream seemed like a whole day, but I remember it perfectly, when it was actually about 2 minutes long. Near the end I started to wake up, but I didn't want to. So I forced myself back to sleep. While I was forcing myself back to sleep, I saw the image from my physical eyes blurred onto that of my dream view. At that point I came mostly lucid, but only had about 5 seconds until I moved to a different non-lucid dream.
Is everything in the "Forcing myself back to sleep" part normal?

Time in dreams is a highly debated topic. Yes it is possible to have super long dreams in short amounts of time.
But to answer your question, yea it's normal.

Oh no, that's not what I meant. And I meant that like if I went through that in real life it would be about 2 minutes of actual time, but it felt like forever.
My question is is it normal to force yourself back to sleep when almost awake, and see a mix between what's really happening and what is in the dream?

Since you were supposed to wake up, yeah its normal, guess you didn't stabilize afterwards, right?

The experience you had of having your eyes open, and still seeing the dream world overlaid on your eyesight has happened to me many times... usually very soon after I can only see from my physical eyes but this is a very strange feeling without a doubt...
