You feel whatever your mind thinks it will feel. If you've never had sex before, you'll feel what you think having sex will feel like. If you think it feels like a warm, gooey donut, that's what you'll feel. If you think it feels like sandpaper, you can feel that too.

it depends on the dream quality in my opinion, dreams that are not clear may produce little to no feeling, a good one can feel just as good or better than in real life.
For me, even if it doesn't feel exactly like real sex, it's still really good. :D

lol, my point is that it's what your mind expects because it's being created by your mind. Sorry for any future dream injuries.
If you've had sex before, your mind will try to recreate that feeling. If you haven't, it'll feel like like what you think it feels like. Like "siuol" said, the intensity of the dream depends on the dream's quality. The experience itself isn't exactly the same though, at least not for me. Like when I perform oral sex, it feels like I'm receiving it. Not sure why but I don't really care, I see no reason to complain.
I've heard that people can last much longer in lucids as well but I've never had such luck.
