im confused at the moment, ever since i started to try and have lucid dreams i noticed ive been having more dreams, but these dreams and often blurry and i do not remember too well, so are these dreams lucid and in those dreams am i meant to try and spin around or something and attain lucidity? or are these dreams completely different to lucid dreaming?
you'd have to explain it a little better, but lucid dreams are just a dream where you're acually aware that you're dreaming. if it's blurry and you know you're dreaming, then try to focus on your environment a bit more. the more you focus on something, the more detailed it becomes. sorry if my answer is unclear but your post kinda confused me. oh, and welcome to DV! if you need help with anything, send me a PM. :)
I believe lucid is when you're actually aware that you are in a dream. Ever since I started getting interested in trying to get lucid, I began to recall them a little more clearly, so I would say you are on the right track to gaining lucidity, but not there yet. Unless you're aware and in a dream, it's not a lucid dream.
oh ok i understand, yea well thinking back to my dreams im not aware that im dreaming so i guess they are not lucid. thanks for the replies.
