Making progress...

So yesterday I was real tired, I went to sleep around 6~7pm, I don't remember exactly. Anyhow as time progressed and I layed there still trying to gain some Lucidity I began to feel this REALLY strange feeling. If you take your two fingers and put them on the top of your throat near your head everytime I breathed in I would here this click, I know it sounds weird but I really did hear a click almost like my body was being PRESSED together by one of those box crushers. I couldn't feel my hands anymore so it felt like my hands were just falling asleep... Anyone know whats up?
