Okay so I have some Melatonin, I have a weird sleeping pattern so for example 3 am to you is about like 7-8pm for me at this moment in time. So Im thinking about trying to stay real still after taking some Melatonin, anyone got anything?

Melatonin is derived from seratonin and both of these are produced by the pineal gland in the brain which is what makes you dream (hence why DMT is so fucking crazy) I would guess with melatonin, you will have a much easier time getting into SP. but im no expert so who knows...
lemme know if it does help, cause then I will have to try some.
I think melatonin supresses your rem and thus you have a rem rebound earlier in the morning. This leads to longer rem periods I believe.
