Is this a form of mild LD?

Last night I had a dream that involved various close freinds/family and co workers.

Picking it to pieces now, it was a very strange scenario and I wasn't aware i was dreaming, so no lucidity.

However, I do remember there was a participent whom i was very friendly with in the dream. It wasnt a case of me substituting someones visual appearance in the dream for a stranger (as often happens to me, people in my dream are people I know but they look totally different). I didnt know this person from Adam, he didnt look like anyone I know, at all. Yet I was very friendly with him. What makes me questions lucidity was that i remember questioning why I was so freindly and who this person actually was.

Is this mild lucidity?

i would say it was a precursor to lucidity. i often remember questioning things or having DCs talk about it being a dream but i never actually make the connection.

so you were pretty close, but you let your critical faculty be fooled, so you didnt quite realize it.
