first semi-successful WILD
So i attempted a WILD in the afternoon.after about 20 minutes of laying still i started to enter the hypnogogic stage. I saw alot of purple lines and shapes pass by. I felt my eyes start moving very rapidly...i guess i hit a REM cycle, but during this it felt like i was trying to hard to keep my eyes shut, like my eye lids wanted to open but i held them shut. after being in this stage for about 5 minutes or so i had a really storng urge to swallow, i fought the urge for a little but eventually my natural reflexes gave in and i swallowed twice and slowly started losing the hypnogogic stage and then opened my eyes. Im not sure how close i was to entering a lucid but it was exciting to have made it that far for me since it was my first time. Well just putting this out there thats all.
