Hello. I've realised that for 2 days where I've slept at 11pm/midnight and had to wake at about 7am for school, I have had 1 dream/no dream recall at all.
Does this suggest the more sleep one has, the better dream recall AND chance of lucidity?

Since REM cycles get longer and are more frequent the longer you've been sleep, yes. Also, maybe you didn't have time to remember your dreams because you had to wake up early and get ready for school right away.
Last night, after only a couple hours of sleep I woke up and remembered my dream pretty well, and wrote it down. It seemed about as involved and otherwise similar to any normal dream I'd have that I'd usually remember after 6-8 hours.
I know I've had a harder time have LDs and any sort of dream recall ever since my sleep schedules changed. I'm hoping that once my body gets used to it, it won't be so bad.
