Having sex in dreams with somebody does not make you a pervert. Having sex with people/things you shouldn't, however, does. Plus, nobody really cares if it's a sin. It doesn't relate much to what you are asking.
No, I think sex is what a lot of people use lucid dreams for. You're in a virtual reality in which you can simulate anything, of course that's what's going to jump to most people's minds (who are about 12-35 at least). But if you told the actual girl, she might think you were a pervert.
No. Have sex with her in real life, it will make you feel better about it.
It is natural to have sex in dreams, lucid or otherwise. It is normal for the body to become sexually aroused during REM sleep. And since sensations are heightened and there are no social taboos in dreams, it is easy to fulfill sexual desires.
