Morphing appearance

I managed to pull of my third LD last night and to do so I reality checked by looking at my hands. As I did this I realised that my hands were on the wrong way round (i.e left on the right and vice versa). The dream was fading quite a lot but by looking at my hands I could bring it all back into focus and as I did so I realised that I could morph my hands in any way I wanted to (I added extra fingers, turned them round etc etc).

So this has got me wondering, has anybody around here tried morphing their complete appearance, either for looking like a celebrity or increasing your strength etc. I understand this isn't entirely necessary as you can manipulate your environment in the dream world and DC's reactions to you but I thought it'd be a nice touch.
