how to break a dryspell???

probably about a week and a half to 2 week dryspell.
I have to tell you it is frustrating, but I am confident every night that I will LD.
what is the best, easiest way to break a dryspell? what has worked for you?
and please, don't say the "don't try" method. Trust me, that doesn't work for me, it just causes me to have a longer dryspell

If I haven't had a lucid dream in a while, it helps me to take vitamin B12. That's usually the way I get back into having lucid dreams, because I often don't try to.

well I do have some b12 (and b6) should I take it right before bed? it is 1000mcg liquid soft gel b12 capsules
(the b6 is 100mg normal capsules, just saying))

I think they were 250 mg pills.

I don't have them anymore though, so I don't know for sure.

MILD and waking up multiple times in the night to recall any dreams and repeat the mantra as I fall back asleep. MILDing with multiple WBTB is the best way for me to achieve a DILD. You could also just WILD.

Man... I wish my dryspell was only a few weeks... Maybe I will see if I can try some Galantamine, though I should probably do some research on it first. Hey, NrElAx or Requiem, how much do you take before bed? (Sorry about partially hijacking your topic Erible)

I was taking 8 mg during wbtb not before bed. Started off with 4 mg but it didn't work that great, so I bumped up to 8 mg. I had some crazy experiences with that stuff hahah. Alright I'm done talking bout this, don't wanna ruin the thread.

erible, how do you approach goals? i see you've got 9 in your sig. maybe just focus on one or two.

it's rare for me to complete a goal in one dream. finding my guide was a storyline that developed over weeks and months with each dream sort of ending on a cliffhanger which prompts me to return. not a lot of goal flip flopping.

prioritize. 'destroy stuff with my finger' can happen on the way to creating a bigger picture.

-InsaneKid-, i eat 4mg with a wbtb. maybe some b vitamins or choline will help the op.
