Hi, Last night when I did a reality check after becoming lucid i had a very weird feeling. I tryed to push my finger through my hand and it worked but my hand felt tingley. Was this me still feeling my hand in real life. like could it just have fallen asleep and thats what im feeling in my dream? thanks for the help.
No, it wasn't. Since you don't know what it would feel like to put a finger through your hand, your mind just put a tingly sensation since that usually feels weird, just like putting a finger through your hand. If it had "fallen asleep", which it shouldn't have, you would have been in sleep paralysis, which is body-wide. You won't know what it feels like until you actually experience it. It's different for everybody, so you can't be too sure what it will feel like.
Thanks for the quick reply :). I wasnt sure if what I was feeling was from the dream or me feeling my real hand that had fallen asleep because it had the exact same feeling! anyways thanks for your help.
