Has anyone ever tried any suppliments that make you have lucid dreams, i remember bieng on strong pain killers long time ago and i used to have lucid dreams all the time.
i hear Galatamine and Chonine or something>? if yes you know where on the net you can buy them?

You know, a simple google search will take care of your problem, because when you spell words incorrectly or merely take a guess, it will automatically make suggestions for the correct word you are looking for. So, you might want to try that next time you are unsure of what something is called. There are lots of threads about Galantamine and Choline on DV. Just try searching the forum. I have taken GM before and had a ridiculous amount of success. The first few nights I took it, I had lucid dreams lasting a few hours long each that were very solid. However for some reason I have had difficulty getting it to work for me properly again. I still have a full bottle and haven't tried it in about a year, because the last few times I tried it I found that I was unable to get back to sleep. Try a search for Galantamind if you want a good GM source. It's not cheap.
funny you ask this, i just took a 4mg galantamine with 200mg B6 last night during a WBTB and had 1 lucid and 3 other vivid and long dreams. check out this site that has 3 different kinds of pills to help attain Lucidity.

yea i saw that just recently before i posted the link which is wierd cuz i just ordered the pro galantamine they have about a week ago and got it. so i don't think its a bad link try and order it and if you can't wait a couple days like the message says
iv bought from one website so far and i think its a scam, no reply to email, no product as im in australia i dont know how els to get intouch with them.. mayb ill email the one you said to see if i can make contact. i wasnt something to keep me in LD for long periods instead of waking up n back to sleep

my suppliments just arrived i got Glantamind (4mg Glatamine 100g Choline) and also got (Choline & Inositol) which all apparently assist in quality of dreams, and Lucid Dreaming, i will try them tonight and let everyone know how it goes as it may help other people who might be struggling with LD

With all due respect, this question has been asked and answered endlessly. If you simply take these pills without doing your homework, as Aquanina suggested, you will probably not get good results. There is much to know about what, why, when, etc... with this strategy. A book exists called "Advanced Lucid Dreaming - The Power of Supplements" by Thomas Yuschak. The book is 175+ pages long and methodically explains what you would need to know to use supplements like this safely and successfully.
Again, simply popping these substances before going to bed will likely result in failure. If you read the book, you will learn that there is good reason for this expected failure. I could explain why, since I have read the book, but it would be much better for you to read it yourself.
Without letting the cat out of the bag, I will offer a warning. Taking some of the mentioned substances without following Yuschak's recommendations can result in "desensitization". This is an undesirable effect that will cause you to be LESS likely to experience lucid dreams in the future. So please take my advice and educate yourself thoroughly before beginning your experiment.
