Yea.
Happened to me twice, and i just want to confirm it so i can put it on my LD count section of my journal.

It 's a dream within a dream thing.
I realized i was in a dream (Lucid) but woke up in SP (still in the dream).

in one of the event, i remember using the breathing technique, and not only i got out of the sp in the dream, but i woke up from it.

IDK if it was one dream merging and the scenes switch or if it was a 2 layer dream (exit 2nd dream state, into the actual first one).

Yeah, I'd count it as a lucid.

You realized you were dreaming, so you were lucid. Also, there's no such thing as layers. You are either dreaming or not dreaming.
