LD with absolutely zero controll

Hi guys, last night I became aware that I was dreaming twice but with no controll what so ever. In the first one I could just feel that the dream was extremely unstable so all I tried to do was rub my hands together and try to stabalize the dream but like I expected it caused me to wake up :(. Then after I fall asleep the same thing happends again, i knew I was dreaming but it felt weird and unstable again so instead of trying to contoll it I just watched it like it was a move:P.

What was happening? Why couldnt I controll it? What should I do if this happeneds again?

Try being more convident in that the dream will be stable when you rub you're hands, its your world, you dicide how stable it is.

I had the same thing last night actually, but in my dream I took a powder substance and I knew once I took it id know I was dreaming...Even though I knew I was dreaming I just watched..I feel like maybe it was because I was interested in my dream, it was a pretty good one..idk
