Not being able to move in LD?

Well, last night I decided I'd try to DEILD. I felt something that I tought was SP but the feeling quickly went away and I moved, so I think I failed to LD. I tryed it some more times at that smae night and I had 2 LD's. However, for some reason I couldn't move in them. When I tryed to move I felt my body going numb, and since I couldn't move I fell on the floor and woke up. Then the same thing happened in another LD.
Another weird thing about these 2 dreams was that I didn't become lucid in the midle of the dream, but at the start. It was like I was conscious in the dream but as if I was just watching it. Then I started thinking about becoming lucid and gained control of my dream body (after that I couldn't move). I've been on a dryspell for almost two weeks and I am very happy to have another LD, even tough I couldn't move. So, does anyone know why I couldn't move in those dreams?

When I was a kid I was used to have short though incredibly lucid dreams, usually every movement I was making would make my dream fade away.
That was when I didn't know about Lucid Dreaming at all.

Aw I hate it when your movement is restricted in dreams. You just gotta fight it! Think "NO! MOVE THOSE LIMBS BITCH D: GAAAAHHHH " and then struggle.

At least, that's what I do.

I'm also lucid at the beginnings of some dreams. Except i'm in my room. I've managed to recognise it as a dreamsign now, so I usually catch it and get lucid.

I'm hyper right now *eye twitches*
