I'm coming back need help WILD

So for about 2 months now I can't seem to get really into lucid dreaming, I want to have one but I....just don't know.

So I'm wiping the slate clean, as far as I'm concerned I have had no lucid dreams.

So were should I start. I've been trying WILD on and off but I can't seem to stay awake, and when I do I never seem to enter SP.
I wake up 6 - 8 hours after first sleep. Get on laptop and search the news, maybe get some breakfast, then off to bed I go.
I lay there on my back, I don't move although my body (mostly my legs) tense up, then I fall asleep or get so bored after 20 - 30 minutes.
      Am I doing something wrong?
      Lucid dream goals:
      1. Get into SP /Check
      2. have a long LD
      3: Fly
4: Have some epic battles with my childhood heroes and villians (DBZ)

well for starters since you haven't had any lucids yet id suggest keeping a dream journal if you don't already have one. as for WILDs i can't say ive been very successful myself but if your giving up only after 20-3- minutes of just laying still then you need to try to commit to it more. From my own research ive read that when attempting a WILD the most important thing you need to do is fall asleep. at the same time you need to stay concious while you fall asleep. so lay down the same way you would if you were gonna just go to sleep. try counting your breathes or imagine yourself walking up stairs and counting the stairs as you climb them (this is to help keep you concious). since your having a hard time trying WILD right after waking, try attempting one during an afternoon nap so your not so tired that itll be hard to stay awake. again this is just a brief sum of info ive gained from my own research. you need to do your own research and keep practicing and youll find what works best for you. just don't give up and eventually youll succeed! good luck and i hope this helped a little bit!
      Goals:
[] Meet my dream guide [X] fly [ ] fly to the moon[X] fly to outer space [] Have an epic battle between me and a DC using magic [] Meet a friend in my dreams (dream share) [] Air bend [] Fire bend

Ok thanks. And yes I do have a dream Journal, but not here, I only post my good dreams here, the rest go into my notebook.
      Thanks again.
