Back in the game.. Hopefully..

After a long break from even the THOUGHT of lucid dreaming. It's spring break and I'm up for a fresh start!

As many of you probably know, I have a long history of trying for a really really long time and failing epically.. Always...

So I'm ready to keep a dream journal while I have time in the mornings instead of getting ready for school ASAP and hopefully make a habit of it so I CAN do it during school mornings...

Other than that I'm not sure what to do, I have trouble motivating myself for RC's because I don't really believe that they're that effective...

Yay, and good luck. I too have come back from a long break (1 month, been back for about 2 weeks, haven't gotten anywhere because I was too stubborn to fix my recall lol.)

I can tell you from first hand RC's work i have had 1 dream where i became lucid because of RC i just recently joined and have been having a streak of Lucid's that i have been testing mostly on stablization or flying and one of them was induced from a RC also i dont do silly RC's i do one simple one i think loudly in my head im DREAMING so i dont have to say it out load and get looked at weird and i pinch my nose shut and try to breath then thats in i do it a lot but i have been questioning reality in dreams lately because of this i believe.
