I'm not sure if....
I'm not sure if you're tastebuds send off some signal or something when they are used, but if they do, do they activate when you are eating in a lucid dream? Cause that would be cool :cheeky:. Maybe people could like "read" your tastebuds and see what you're dreaming about eating!
Probably not, but I wanna know cause I read about people eating in their lucid dreams and when they wake up they're not hungry.

Your taste buds send signals of what your tasting to your brain but I dont think your brain send singals of what your tasting back to your taste buds so I dont see how that would work but you never know. :P

Yeah, like Monkey said, your taste buds send signals to your brain...not the other way around. I can definitely say that I have eaten at an all-you-can-eat buffet in a lucid dream before. I felt full during the dream and when I woke up. The feeling didn't last too long after I had woke up though :P.

You are logical in thinking when your body experiences taste it has a reaction. The thing is tastebuds don't show what food you are eating even while awake. And while dreaming you aren't using your bodies tastebuds. It's all in your head.
Keep thinking like that though. You may come to some cool discoveries.

Hell one of my favourite pass times whilst Lucid Dreaming is to eat.
Everything tastes amazing in the dream world! Utter perfection. No impurities xD
I once locked myself in a sweet shop and scoffed everything in sight!

Yeah I don't know what I was thinking about your tastebuds sending signals, but thanks for replying, now it makes me wanna eat in my LD so badly haha :)
Too bad I can't have LDs at will like some people lol! Man they're lucky!

It just takes practice my friend. Just keep working at it and you will get there.
PS: If Ohio State plays like they did against George Mason...they will cruise to a national title. George Mason is a good team, that was impressive.
