First good lucid dream... mixed reactions
I've had lucids in the past but they never last that long. I don't know how this one started but I have been doing the 'plug nostrils, breathe thru them test'.
I was in my room, complete darkness. Somehow I knew I was dreaming, so I tried to bring light to the room. It took a few tries but finally it was bright. The way I got the light there was by yelling and talking out loud "make this room brighter", "turn the lights on" etc...
I tried to dream a girl to bone but it didn't work lol. I used the same way--talking out loud, but while I was doing this I knew that I sometimes talked in my sleep so I was worried of others hearing me. I did the 'plug nostrils, breathe test'. It was amazing how easy it was to breathe. Eventually I gave up, somehow I ended up on top of my bed and I tried to summon enemies to fight. It didn't work.
Kind of frustrated that nothing was working even though this was the longest lucid I had. Oh ya, I also tried to bite off one of my fingers. I started to think pain didn't affect you in dreams. But when I bit it, I bit very lightly(still hurt), before I pulled my finger out I expected it to be gone and bleeding, but it was fine.
So I go outside and it is a blizzard outside. I start thinking about feeling/pain in dreams and am FREEZING COLD. I start flying by flapping my arms, but it soon goes out of control and I'm flying at uncontrollable speeds. It is kinda scary but an adrenaline rush. I end up landing and almost tripping over some roots. Right now I'm behind my house, hundreds of yards to the right.
Its not snowing at all anymore, but I see a different house. Somewhere between going outside and flying here I met a DC. Its just a random dude. While we go inside the house from the back, I see the owner walk towards the house from the front. We end up on the top story of the house. My DC is talking to the owner, who has just walked up the stairs. I think about telling the owner "Hey I can fly" and jumping off the roof and flying, but then I look down and get scared of flying.
The DC then says to me 'This is Steven's dream that's why it's so 'fucked up/weird/disturbing." I'm not sure what he said but it made me very uncomfortable. He then fell out of the house, out of an opening. We are 2 or 3 stories up, and he is hanging out a winding, stiff and sideways(its looks like a glitch in a game). I try to push him out all the way but his foot is stuck(still like a glitch).
Then I jump out the window and land on the ground. Next thing I know me and the DC are walking across a street towards a two-story gas station(weird that 2-story g-stations appear often in my dreams). I say "Lets rob this place." I tell him to find us guns. DC says "Ya there are some behind those boxes" Shit ton of boxes stacked in front of the store. He grabs two, throws one in the air. When I see it land behind some boxes I'm worried it will disappear if it goes out of my vision. I grab it as quick as I can. After I grab it I notice the barrel is normal but the handle is 2 big ass batteries(I think D-size? huge round batteries) wrapped in plastic.
We go in to rob it. As soon as we enter 4 employees start running towards us(and the entrance) to escape. I think "What the fuck, we didn't even tell them we were here to rob them?"
This is where it gets fucked.
I end up in the back of the store, but it looks more like a bank or office. I shoot some lady in the head, but my gun is very weak. I try to think that it will shoot like a real badass gun, but it doesn't work. It only leaves little red marks on the cashiers' faces. But when I see my partner(DC) it's leaving the red marks plus red marks behind their heads, and killing them. So mine start doing the same.
You see, its like pushing air thru their heads and killing them that way. It takes about five shots to kill somebody, and I kill about three people, very messed up. I see the DC killing this girl. I grab a chair and throw it at her face saying "How about you take a seat, bitch!" I miss, even though I'm like 5 feet away, and I still have something in my hand. So I throw that at her "Well take a seat cushion then!" lol.
Anyway this is a fucked up scene. We just brutally murdered an office/gas station full of employees, not even going for the money. They're all dead... Then one starts walking around. WTF! They all start walking around, zombielike. But they don't feel emotion--not scared, mad, or anything.
I tell the DC "Kill them!" He looks at one, she has a completely red face from being blasted so much, he's like "Yeah bitch, look at you, you're better off dead." I start freaking out/feeling horrible. I tell him "Let's get out of here." He just stands there talking 'bout some random things. I'm like "Come on, let's go." I must have lost lucidity cuz I'm waiting for him to leave with me, then someone calls me and my phone wakes me up.
I felt very disturbed when I woke up. A lot of my non-lucid dreams disturb me like this also.
