¿Natural LDs?
It´s been a while since my last post, I couldn´t find enough time, but the thing is this:
The moment I stopped trying to WILD, was the moment I started to have LD. I gave up after 2 months or so, and when I did, I entended to start doing RCs; but I always forgot to do them... :?
Well, but one night, I spontaneously dicovered myself in a dream (I´ve had some of those before, but only once or twice a year); and on the other week I had another and so. Now I have between 1 and 2 LDs per week, but I cannot understand how did I managed to do so, could I have become some wierd kind of seminatural or something like that?
I don´t really know, the only thing I expect is to encrease the rate. Ahhh, before I forget, I have a little problem, I can´t seem to stay in the dream for more than 30 sec, and it´s not because I get excited, as I am getting used to it, I don´t really know why I am excpelled from the dream, I tryed spinning, focusing, but with little success, I also tryed doing nothing. So, what should I do???
Any advice is welcame, thanks...

Could this be a case of..........if it's not Broken, don't try to fix it. I mean, Just go with the Natural flow of things with the occasional hint ?.

When you practice WILDS you are probably increasing you self-awareness. Just because you are not trying to have a WILD doesn’t mean you stopped being aware of yourself. If you use relaxing forms in you practice then try that when you’re in the dream. Try to feel that piece or relaxation. If that doesn’t work look at the ground or your hands to stabilize the dream first.
