50-250 mg of B6 is the dosage you want to go for. Although I have heard 100 mg is enough, but I always seem to have way more dreams when I take 200 mg. The results have way too many factors to draw a certain conclusion just like that. You need weeks of experimenting before you can get solid results. Also I wouldn't recommend taking B6 every day if you intend to use it to enhance dreams. Taking it once and a while ensures the effects will be good each time. I'm not sure how this works for low doses though... |
