Why cant i get another ld!!! !!!heeeellllp!!!

okay. Its been over a year scince I started Lucid Dreaming and Ive only had about 3 low level lucid dreams. I really want to be able to have another ld. How is it that I can be so motivated to LD but when I wake up I have 0 dream recall. I'm Lucky to remember a dream within a period of a week and a half! Sometimes I will wake up, be really determined to RC all day, and end up not doing a single RC after the first 30 minutes. Please dreamviews! I need your help. I cant take not having a LD in so long!

About the dream recall, try to write a diary of your day before going asleep. You can also twake yourself up with an alarm during the REM cycles, so that it will come really easy to remember your dream. Auto-suggestion also helps.

Also with your journal of the day to help dream recall have a dream journal. I went from having a dream about twice a month to everyday in the past two weeks by writing down dreams in a journal.

I know, I know. Ill try to make time for the DJ. Any other advice?

Try different methods, if nothing works, try an eild like a binaural beats. Also,effort is equally important with technique whehn it comes to lucid dreams, make sure you have both!

Well why don't you be more specific about "trying." I was so called trying to LD for a year or longer, and it wasn't until I really started to devote real time and effort that I actually started having LDs

Wow. Just a day after I really startes to write down my dreams & keep a DJ, I got my first LD in a long time. Coincedince? I think not! :)
