Hi everyone. Last night I had my 20th LD, which was a DILD. This LD just felt more like a memory than a dream I could have actually experienced. Most of my lucid dreams are like this; can someone tell me why?

Congrats on your 20th lucid! The dream quality and vividness is usually pretty poor when it feels more like a memory or a strong thought rather than waking life. I've found that the more vivid a dream gets, the harder it gets to control. You should try to stabilize the dream and try to increase the vividness as soon as you get lucid. Rub your hands and focus your senses. Good luck!
Thanks for the answer. But.. I'm not like.. "in" the dream to make that decision. It's weird. I RC, then it's like I have little to no control.
No, I mean that I'm not actually "in" the dream to decide to spin.
Or so you think
