Sound-proof, Light-proof room or booth for lucid dreaming

Hi,

I am looking for a lucid dreaming enthusiast who has a home in which they would like to fund the installation of a couple of well-ventilated soundproof, lightproof rooms or booths for lucid dreaming purposes and to share and interact with a fellow oneironaut. I have been a lucid dream subject in the lab on many occasions, several times of which I have slept in the lab's soundproof, lightproof booth without being a subject and free of electrodes. In my experience these booths are very conducive to lucid dreaming, as well as dreams in general. Over the years I have looked at various ways to do this and would like to get started. I am also interested in helping start up a lucid dreaming retreat center, the first of its kind, that would provide housing and a work-study environment similar to a meditation retreat center, but with soundproof, lightproof housing and a focus on sleep and dreams. I envision something similar to the Japanese capsule hotels, but totally soundproof and lightproof for the best lucid dreaming environment possible.
