Question about WILD.
Hey,
Okay, so last night I didn't mean to wild, but it sorta happened. I was focusing on my breathing while just going to bed normally. I wasn't following any steps or nothing. I started to feel an odd zooming and spinning sensation. It didn't lead into a dream or anything.
My question is, If this would have happened at an ideal time like after a few hours of sleep. Would this have led me to an LD?

Yeah probably. If you had continued to relax and just went with the flow, still being conscious. If you do this during a WBTB 6 hours after sleep, you might WILD successfully. I've accidentaly WILD'ed a few times, started thinking of doing something with my dream body like walking, and suddenly the thought becomes more and more solid and soon I'm actually walking. Kinda cool.

Is it necessary for me to get up for a few minutes or can I stay in bed when I awake?
As in is WBTB necessary to WILD?

well I have woken up and went straight back to sleep and I had a WILD (which I lost because I failed right when I entered)... I woke up and stayed in bed, I decided to go back to sleep instead of wake up and eat pop tarts. I started to WILD, it all happened within probabally 20 seconds. That is the closest I have been to a WILD yet...

I tried last night. I noticed I constantly forget I'm WILD'ing.
