When I close my eyes to go to sleep at night, I often see faces - they can be men, women, old, young, they seem to move toward me then are quickly replaced by another. Sometimes it's soldiers, wearing their slouch hats. They're not disfigured or threatening, but they make me feel sad. They're always in sepia tones or grey and white.
Another image that has just begun to appear is that of looking up through a hole in the ground and seeing the grass at the edge of the hole and just outlined in the distance shapes of gravestones, all outlined by moonlight. Again, I don't feel threatened at all, but it's very clear and obviously black and grey because it's at night.
Does anyone else have these experiences?
