If you kill a DC in a lucid dream, can they appear again in future dreams?

They certainly can. Almost anything is possible in dreams and a DC coming back to life is one of the possible things. A DC is just an idea and not really something that can "die". They could come back in the same dream you killed them in.

if you can imagine it then it can happen, no limits in dreams.
