Do people ever get tired of dreaming?

Dreaming seems fun and all, I enjoy all my dreams, even though for me they are very rare, but when you start to dream regularly and often, do you ever get the feeling where you just want to sleep without actually thinking or visualizing the dream?

I don't think you would. Maybe sometimes you wouldn't want to lucid dream, but I don't see why you wouldn't want at least a regular dream every night.

You can get tired of unsuccessful efforts to have lucid dream. I don't think you can get tired of them if everything goes smoothly.

I do, but i've lucid dreamed for every night for over 4 years now. maybe would have more fun if i had any dream control but I personally would be happy just going to sleep and having normal dreams or no dreams at all.

      Everything in moderation.

I know I don't. Only if I constantly dreamed of bad things would I get tired of it. There are literally an infinite number of scenarios that can happen in dreams, and well, we have to do it several times every night anyway so It doesn't even matter.
I can understand you can get tired of inducing LDs, having to wake up every morning at 4 am might start to be something you don't want to do, but actual LDs in my opinion would never get boring since it's like having your own private world that you can do anything you want in with no consequences. You are literally only limited by your imagination.

The only people I know of that get sick of dreaming have some weird dream disorder like Alysia. Still trying to think of a cure.

I dream reguarly and I usually remember at least a few dream fragments each night. I don't get sick of dreaming at all though. One night you could be talking to a mermaid at the bottomg of the ocean. The next night you could be fighting demonic koalas in an underground tunnel complex.

Although I have recurring zombie nightmares, they don't really make me sick of dreaming either. There are zombies, but the fight is never the same. You'll only get sick of dreams if they become very similar and recurring most of the time.

You always dream, but you don't remember every your dream.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

I'm sorry but what does that have to do with anything?

No I never get sick of dreaming. Although at the beginning I did get sick of attempting to LD.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

I've been dreaming my whole life, and remembering at least parts of dreams most nights. I'm not tired of it yet.
I do get tired of nightmares, though.

No, but that horrible realisation that that awesome thing that just happened in your dream, didn't actually happen can kinda suck (like when you're rich or have a super power or something). Still, that's what lucidity's for right? Recreating those moments and beyond!

I got the feeling where I just want to sleep, but it has nothing to do with dreaming. I do love dreaming. I would get tired of not recalling my dreams by the way.

Wow, I have never thought of getting tired of dreams... I can imagine getting worn out of Lucid Dreams after a while, but regular dreams are always so fascinating.

I always look forward to dreaming to see what crazy stories my brain will come up with. It is one thing reading a story, another creating one, and yet another actually living through it while it is still forming. I don't know how anyone could ever get tired of that.
