Can you help me achieve WILD

Well this has happened twice: I've woken up, but layed completely still with my eyes closed and felt electricity flowing through me and got faint hallucinations, but everytime I end up opening my eyes or jumping out of bed because the electricity is a little painful! I barely remember this last night but I'm pretty sure it happened, the first time it felt like I was being abducted and aliens are my biggest fear so I jumped out of bed.

So how can I just sit still and not let these images startle me?

From what i have read about you should just IGNORE the ''pain'' because it is all in your head, i think you were minutes away from entering the dreamworld.

Sounds like you might have already been in the dream but unaware of it. Did you do a reality check when you jumped out of bed? It could have been a FA. Normally when the feeling gets extremely intense you can easily exit your body by just willing it to move.

As for the alien abduction. Yea Sleep Paralysis can be pretty freaky, but you'll get used to it. I used to sleep in a basement and I would always hear footsteps upstairs that would make me wake up to see if there was anyone there. After a few tries I was able to ignore the footsteps and enter the dream.

Sounds like you're pretty close, just don't let the hallucinations get to you. And if you feel like you're there try to will one of your arms to move. I frequently exit by moving one arm and using it to push on the bed to force the rest of my body out. Then I normally wander around my dream house for a bit to stabilize the dream before heading off to do random things.
