Choked, need some thoughts

Hello .. The only experience i had related to lucid dreaming was several years go when i realized once that i was dreaming but suddenly woke up ( i dont even remember what was the dream, cause it was too quick ).But that was until now .I'm typing as i woke up... This was what happened : I was not yet sleeping, but very calm and muscles very relaxed.I was conscious at that point but i think i was so close to dreaming, cause i wasnt feeling my body etc. Then suddenly i was thinking about a really beautiful beach, then i started imagining a really beautiful girl heading towards the sea and jumping into it .. After that i wanted to see her more vividly so i demmanded my brain to give me more vision/details, etc .. THen suddenly everythings changes, i went from a conscious state of mind ( seeing everything kinda all black not nitid ) to a PERFECT 100% DETAILED, NITID experience and image ( seemed as real as the real world ). Then the following voice came into my head ( it came with a really scary tone, like a tough and evil lord ) : LET IT SPREAD INTO YOUR HEAD . But that time i was so choked i just woke up and im here now.. Im terrified, really .. This never happened to me before .. IM wondering if anyone have ever experienced this ...
Btw, wierd fact :
Im brazilian, my native language is portuguese, i dont know why the f*ck it came as an english sentence...

That sounds like a terrifying dream. I can't offer much comfort aside from reassuring you it's just a dream.

Dreams are usually very random. It's really nothing to worry about. Some times you have good dreams, other times bad ones.
