Lucid dream w/ wbtb paralysis

Was on a little bit of a dry spell with the wbtb method so i changed my intial wake up and back to sleep time from 3:00 am to 4:00am to 2:00am to 3:00am. It worked just not like i thought it would ofcourse :D. Before I went back to bed i also watched this lucid dream suggestion video that in the pass atleast provided vivid dreams. Lucid Dreaming Subliminal Video. Forgot who posted on here but thanx. So i went back to bed at 3 am and didn't start to doze off till 3:30am thats when the ice maker in my kitchen woke me up. (i slept in the family room) so i actually did'nt black out till around 4:30 am -4:45am. When i woke i was suspended in air immediately aware of what was happening. My surroundings were very dark and it felt like i was in some part of my house. I went into some stablization commands but i could not speak or press forward, i was just suspended in the air with my thoughts. instead of speaking the commands i thought them "clarity now and increase lucidity now" Hard to explain but the clarity now command help me to focus and relax down. The lucidity command help break down the paralysis a bit i could start to move my arms lips and could press forward a bit. After about the third lucidity command i woke back up. Kool to be lucid but im now adding paralysis to the list of hurdles i might face before i can go after my lucid dream goals. namaste.
